Rail Logistics Europe (without Fret SNCF) has just two more points to go before it joins the “Great Place to Work” circle, a score the group is aiming to achieve in its next satisfaction and commitment survey, in 2026.
Several Rail Logistics Europe entities have been awarded the Great Place to Work label in their own name : Forwardis GMBH in Germany, Rail4Logistics and NRS in France, and Captrain Espana.
The Group already stands out for a working environment that promotes well-being and inclusion.We rely on several levers to cultivate employee commitment and satisfaction: gender equality (88%), acceptance of sexual orientation (93%) and origin (91%), results that reflect a working environment where everyone can be themselves.
