Tristan Rouzès

A graduate of IEP in Bordeaux and with a Master's degree in Management Control from Paris Dauphine, Tristan Rouzès joined SNCF in 1998, where he held management positions as Local Operations Manager for Est Corrèze (1998), production manager for TER Limousin (2000), Director of the Train de Tours commercial establishment (2007), Director of Intercités Est and Centre then Normandie (2013). He has also taken on financial responsibilities as head of an internal audit mission (2003) and head of SNCF's management control department (2010), where he prepared the financial aspects of the 1st reform of the railway system. 
In 2016, Tristan Rouzès led strategic projects, such as Odyssée 20.30 aimed at providing a comprehensive multimodal mobility offer for the Normandy region, and then, in 2018, the SNCF group's transformation program (“SNCF 2020”). Since July 1, 2020, he has been appointed Director of Performance, Transformation and Digital for Rail Logistics Europe.
