Bénédicte Colin

A graduate of ESSEC business school, a member of the Paris Bar specializing in business and tax law, Bénédicte Colin began her career in France in law firms, first as a partner, then as a co-founder. She moved to Australia in 2007, where she worked for the SUEZ Environnement group as Legal and then Commercial Director of Aquasure (the company responsible for financing, designing, building and operating the country's largest desalination plant). In 2014, she joined the Keolis group (a subsidiary of the SNCF group) to head up its operations in Australia, in partnership with the Downer industrial group. She then became Investment Director at the Caisse des Dépôts et Placements du Québec (Keolis shareholder) to manage its portfolio of investments in the infrastructure sector (ports, energy, transport). Since September 2021, Bénédicte has been head of Transport Asset Holding Entity of NSW (TAHE), whose mandate is to manage and develop rail assets (networks, rolling stock, stations and land) for the New South Wales government.
