Gender Equality Index at Technis

Introduced by the French government in 2018, the Gender Equality Index allows companies to measure gender pay gaps and disparities in career advancement between women and men in equivalent positions and of equivalent age.

In accordance with regulations, Technis is publishing this index this year, one year after its creation. However, for the 2025 fiscal year, the overall score could not be calculated. While the data exists, some indicators cannot be assessed due to the small number of women in several categories. Indeed, our technical jobs remain predominantly male-dominated today, and the corresponding training programs still have too few women (9% of Technis’ workforce are women).

Nevertheless, Technis is fully committed to gender diversity in the workplace, which is a key driver of collective performance and team cohesion. We are taking action to attract more female talent to our professions. In 2025, 26% of our new hires were women—a result we are proud of and one that reflects our commitment.
