Rail Logistics Europe at international trade shows
Since the beginning of 2025, Rail Logistics Europe has participated in several major trade shows and conferences in the field of transport and logistics, both in France and one of them was across Europe.
These events have also provided opportunities to bring together the six companies, some with their new graphic identities, and to share knowledge during roundtable discussions.
Back to the World Impact Summit on March 25th, Bordeaux
On March 25th and 26th, the World Impact Summit, an international summit focused on positive impact solutions, took place in Bordeaux.
Nicholas Giraud, Director of Strategy and Development at Rail Logistics Europe, participated in a roundtable discussion to highlight the key factors for sustainable logistics.
Alongside one of our major clients on the VIIA rail motorways, Amazon France, represented by its CEO Frédéric Duval, we discussed the crucial roles of cooperation between different modes of transport and the undeniable importance of rail freight. The discussion also included François Durovray, former Minister of Transport, Nicolas Notebaert, CEO of Vinci Concessions, and Nathalie Ricaille, as the moderator.
This conversation brought to light various strategies for achieving sustainable logistics. With the goal of doubling the modal share of rail transport, collaboration among shippers, carriers, and freight forwarders is essential to strengthen the complementarity of different transport modes.
RLE was present at SITL, France's leading transport and logistics trade fair
From April 1st to 3rd, the international transport and logistics trade fair welcomed over 25,000 participants at the Paris Porte de Versailles exhibition center, serving as a major gathering point for French and international players in the transport and logistics industry.
Rail Logistics Europe was present, accompanied by its six subsidiaries, showcasing its new graphic identity at its stand. This event also provided an opportunity to introduce Captrain with its new colors and logo.
Intervention Bénédicte
On Wednesday, Bénédicte Colin participated in a roundtable discussion titled: "Combined Transport: How to Accelerate the Multimodal Transition to Combined Transport?"
Alongside shippers, carriers, and logistics providers, this event provided a clear insight: multimodal transport is a crucial lever for decarbonizing freight transportation. Investments, collaborations, and flexibility are key areas for increasing storage capacity, developing integrated offers, and streamlining logistics chains.
Le RailFreight Summit, in Poland
From April 8 to 9, RLE is present at the RailFreight Summit in Gdansk, Poland.
Our presence emphasizes our interest in further developing rail connections with Poland and especially the booming maritime hub of Gdansk.
