Intro
With the strategic acquisition of Seatruck, Naviland Cargo is taking a new step, strengthening its road network. The leader in combined transport is continuing its trajectory towards ever more efficient and competitive multimodal logistics.
Amorce
Naviland Cargo, a major combined transport operator within Rail Logistics Europe, is consolidating its position with the integration of Seatruck, now united under the new Seatruck by Naviland Cargo brand. This acquisition strengthens the road offer complementary to rail, an essential pillar for streamlining freight transport and meeting the growing demands of the market.
Already supported by its Navitrucking network, Naviland Cargo is part of Rail Logistics Europe's global strategy to offer integrated, innovative and sustainable logistics chains.
A strengthened road network, complementary to rail
With the integration of Seatruck, Naviland Cargo goes from 70 to 130 charterers and extends its footprint to 20 agencies: 16 are in France and 4 abroad (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain). This growth makes it possible to develop commercial coverage and strengthen continuity of service on the major European corridors.
This acquisition, which represents an additional €55 million in revenue, will enable Naviland Cargo to reach a turnover of more than €135 million.
An operational capacity at the service of customer performance
Naviland Cargo now benefits from 750 daily tractions, 1,200 operational chassis and the ability to transport an additional 150,000 UTIs per year. These volumes are in addition to the 160,000 rail UTIs already transported each year, confirming the group's strength in building a complete multimodal offer: rail, road, sea, via terminals, repairs, storage.
