Jérôme Leborgne

Jérôme Leborgne is a graduate of the École nationale supérieure des Mines de Paris and holds a DESS in finance and financial markets from Paris Dauphine. He began his career with Louis-Dreyfus before joining SNCF in 1991. 
Jérôme Leborgne has held a number of management positions within the group, most recently as head of Traction, and most recently as Regional Director for Paris Nord, in charge of the TGV Nord axis and inter-city TGVs. General Manager of Fret SNCF from 2018 to 2024, he has been appointed General Secretary of Rail Logistics Europe since February 1, 2024.
