Emmanuèle Saura
After graduating from École Centrale Paris, Emmanuèle Saura chose to work in the rail industry and join the SNCF group.
Since 1992, she has held many roles, but one thing stands out: the quality of service for every rail customer depends on the industrial performance of each rail system component.
Keeping this in mind, she managed all engineering for SNCF Réseau's Atlantic Zone in recent years. Her teams oversaw the creation of the Cherbourg-Mouguerre rail highway, the regeneration of regional networks, and developments for the Toulouse-Dax-Bordeaux high-speed line.
She designed and developed SNCF Réseau's “Excellence Projet” program with the same conviction. After several years as head of the Occitanie and Normandy regional divisions, she contributed to the relaunch of the Serqueux-Gisors line to boost rail freight growth in the Seine Valley.
In June 2025, Emmanuèle Saura joined Rail Logistics Europe as Director of Industry and Safety.
