Cécile Gourdon

A graduate of Neoma Business School (ESC Reims), Cécile joined the SNCF Group in 1992. 
She twice held operational Human Resources (HR) management positions, firstly in an Equipment Maintenance facility (1995-1998), then at Paris Saint-Lazare station (2000-2004). She also held more specialized positions as Head of Jobs/Skills for an SNCF Region (1999), Head of Manager's Strategic Workforce Planning for SNCF (2004-2007), Career and Individual Development Advisor for senior executives in the SNCF Group's support divisions (2007-2011), and Director of Finance Human Resources for the SNCF Group (2010-2014). 
In 2014, she joined the SNCF Logistics branch (Geodis, Ermewa, TFMM, STVA) and took on the role of Head of Managers and HR Development. She became HRD of Fret SNCF in June 2019 and took over as HR Director of Rail Logistics Europe as of September 1, 2020.
