Based on a unique and innovative production method built around our capacity axes, our offers cover all our customers' needs by providing them with the necessary format. Thanks to the pooling of resources, our trains are filled dynamically and can be made up of loaded wagons, empty wagons and different types of goods. As a result, the transport of your merchandise is more robust and more frequent.
The insulated wagon
As the main railway company to offer you this solution, we have developed a specific insulated wagon offer, enabling you to transport either individual wagons or groups of wagons. Based on the principle of capacity reservation, this offer enables you to place a dated order for a precise Origin-Destination up to D-1 at midday, which corresponds to road standards.
Logistical Support
We also offer complete end-to-end solutions, especially if you are not connected to the railway network:
- Door-to-door services, including service assembly at the client's site or via identified platforms, along with road transport options for first and/or last miles.
- Platform access searches.
- Organization of alternative multimodal solutions.
- Loading and logistics studies and consulting.
- Equipment rental: shunting locomotives, wagons, standard weights, etc.

To store your goods, we also provide you with handling equipment and warehouses connected to the rail and road networks. We offer a wide range of services in this area:
- Surface rental;
- Provision of handling equipment;

- Organization of road transport;
- Customs operations.

- Increased frequency, with high-capacity axes enable regular shuttles to be set up.

- A provisional arrival date provided with the order: in France and abroad, when you place an order, you receive a provisional delivery date.

Customer portal
Our portal allows you to place your orders, track your shipments via the location of your goods, obtain information on the CO2e emissions of your shipments, consult and manage your invoices, and many other services.
Our innovations
We continuously innovate to enhance our production ressources, facilitate exchanges, and strengthen the quality of service we offer: XXL trains (long/heavy), remote-controlled rail/road vehicles, shunting via onboard video, and the connected train which facilitates the automation of certain production, monitoring, and safety operations.
Railway Training Offers
Our Hexafret Campus, accredited by EPSF and certified by AFNOR QUALIOPI, offers training tailored to your needs, including:
- Initial (or refresher) training from P1 to P3 for shunter, yard manager, and locomotive operator positions.
- Shunting locomotive operation.
- Operation of shunting and freight trains.
- Operation under the ETCS (European Train Control System).
- Preparation for and passing the driver’s license exam.
- Safety-critical tasks, TCS, and safety-related functions (FLS).
- Secufer regulations, protecting workers involved with rail or guided transport systems.
- Basic fire safety training and fire extinguisher handling.
Based on your needs, we will provide a quote with a customized training program. Our goal is to enable your operators to develop their skills and perform their tasks safely.
These training sessions can be held at our various training sites, or our instructors can come to you anywhere in France.
